How we work
We are a small, senior team, which means fewer meetings and more ownership: whoever builds something is the person who talks to the customers using it and the person who is paged when it breaks.
We work in the open. Decisions are written down with their reasoning, so a choice made a year ago can be understood — and argued with — by whoever picks up the file next.
We hire for judgement over credentials. If you can show us something you built and explain why it is the way it is, that counts for more than where you learnt to build it.
